Mixed ability Pilates on Monday evenings 7.30pm in Colchester Town Centre (YMCA Hall, CO1 2JX).
Join us to build core strength, improve balance, stability & mobility, tone up and relieve stress.
Small group size to allow personalised support and exercises which will suit and challenge your body.
Sessions are booked in half term blocks in line with Essex school holidays at the equivalent of £7.50 per session.
Drop ins very welcome if space allows (£10).
