Personal and Small Group Training


Ali has limited availability for Personal Training either from Colchester Fitness Centre in Stanway or as a mobile service direct to your home or a local green space.

Areas of Specialism:

- Youth Strength & Conditioning

- Development and maintenance of healthy body image 

- Pre & Post Natal Fitness

Sessions can be individual or shared (for example as a couple, siblings, or a parent/child). 


CrossFit Kids

Ali runs the CrossFit Kids programme at Colchester Fitness Centre. This established club enables children aged 3-16 form a lifelong love of fitness.


From Summer 2022, we will be expanding to offer CrossFit Kids FUNFitness in local schools and community clubs and are actively looking for partnerships. 


In each session, children will learn and practice functional movements involving exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play. They will pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump - all through conditioned games, workouts and functional exercises.

Older age groups will learn how to use gym equipment including dumbells, kettlebells and barbells safely and effectively.
